Brief
Call or send the form with the location, dates, the size and colour you need and what the shot has to do.
Site inspection
We look at ground, access, power and wind exposure, and agree the build: static on containers, lorry-mounted, or AirPanel.
Install and inflate
Screens, plant and containers arrive together. The wall inflates in a fraction of the time a truss build takes.
Shoot, then strike
Crew on hand for shooting days. When you wrap, the wall comes down with nothing thrown away.

The AirWall was engineered by Aircover Inflatables of British Columbia, Canada. Airscreens VFX Solutions holds the licence for the system and has hired it to productions since 2015.

What productions ask first.
How high can the AirWall go?
Each section inflates to 24 ft. Mounted on one 8 ft container the top of the screen sits at 32 ft; on two containers, 40 ft. No additional bracing is needed at either height.
How long can the wall be?
Sections are 40 ft long and join end to end, so the wall can run to whatever length the set design needs.
Can the screen move during the day?
Yes. The AirWall can be mounted on a 40 ft container lorry as a mobile green screen, and the 40 × 24 ft AirPanel rotates through 360 degrees with angular movement for overhead placement.
What happens if it rains?
Cinemattex™ is fully waterproof with a UV-stabilised matte finish. It does not fade in sun or change colour when wet, it can be cleaned, walked on and driven over, and it can be used underwater, including in chlorinated pools.
Do you supply the cherry picker and containers as well?
Yes. Manitou, Genie and Skyjack access platforms and 20 ft and 40 ft containers can be hired with the screens as one package, or on their own.
What sizes of indoor foam screen do you hold?
Digi green, chroma green, digi blue, chroma blue and grey foam from 8 × 8 ft up to 60 × 30 ft, plus black drapes, with bespoke sizes on request. See the size list.
